These Terms of Service govern your use of Giga-Books, a product of Giga-Sphere OS, LLC. By creating an account or using Giga-Books, you agree to these terms. Please read them — they're written in plain language because you deserve to know what you're agreeing to.
Who can use Giga-Books
Giga-Books is available to any 1099 independent contractor who is:
- 18 years of age or older
- Based in the United States
- Using the service for lawful purposes
This includes OTR truck drivers, rideshare drivers, delivery couriers, freelancers, and any other independent worker who receives 1099 income.
What Giga-Books is — and is not
Giga-Books is an income tracking and financial record-keeping tool. It is not a tax filing service, financial advisor, accounting firm, or bank. Records generated by Giga-Books are tools to support your tax preparation — they do not constitute tax advice or guarantee compliance with IRS requirements.
Specifically, Giga-Books:
- Is a tool for logging income, expenses, and deductions
- Is a generator of IRS-ready records and cryptographic attestations
- Is not a licensed tax preparer or CPA service
- Is not a financial advisor or investment service
- Is not a bank, lender, or financial institution
- Is not affiliated with Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, Instacart, Amazon, or any other gig platform
